BBQ Chicken Legs

I love BBQ anything.  I lived in Texas for 40 years, so I have to love BBQ.  These legs are easy to make and turn out great!  I will also use this recipe with chicken breasts.

Ingredients

You will need the appropriate number of chicken legs, fresh or frozen, for your family.  Then chop 1 onion, and 1 clove of garlic. Your favorite BBQ Sauce, and salt and pepper.  I like to add Paprika.  I bake mine in my Emeril Lagasse Everyday 360 Stainless Steel Air Fryer.  My big oven isn’t working right now and it’s just two of us so this air fryer oven works great for me. “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.”

Instructions

Wash the chicken legs.  Line a baking sheet with foil and place the chicken legs on it.  Sprinkle legs with salt and pepper and any other spices you wish to add.  Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Then, add onion, garlic and bake for an additional 10 minutes.  Once the chicken is cooked through, brush on BBQ Sause and bake for an additional 5 minutes until BBQ sauce is warm.

Serve with your favorite side dishes.
