Soccer is over. We came in 3rd place. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot. We won 2 games, lost 3 games and tied 1. We move up to the next age bracket in the spring. It’s a little scary since we don’t have enough kids to have several teams in the Under 12 group so the Under 12 and Under 14 are together. This will be a great challenge for Matthew to improve his skills. I plan on coaching him again in the spring.
Now basketball has started. Matthew’s team is called the Outlaws and he has the coach he had in 3rd grade. We’re super excited about that. Coach Beau is great with the boys. He’s a great coach and Matthew really improved under him before. Our games should start in December and go through March.
