The Adventure Begins

I started homeschooling Matthew in March 2025. So far, we are both enjoying it. I’m using an online platform called Power Homeschool that is $25 per month. He watches videos of teachers teaching a lesson and then does worksheets online. He is doing well and retaining what he is learning. His sister Ryleigh has chosen to remain in public school with her friends. She is doing well in Middle School.

Here is our homeschool set up.

I will be doing arts and crafts, plant care, pet care, gardening, and cooking with him. He also wants to learn photography. We are planning on getting some chickens and possibility other livestock when we move. We have our house for sale and are looking for a place in the country. We have two cats, Casper (white), and ShadowBinx (black). We also have a dog named Mittens. She is a Chiweenie.
